Wrench symbol in code composer

Is this what you mean?  

If so that is shown when there is a file specific option set.  I.e. it is not using all the default build options from the project and has something set at the file level.

I believe it normally means that the build settings for the file have been modified.  Did you modify the settings?

The wiki page answered my question.

I had modified the settings for a specific file and the wrench appeared. When I removed the settings, the wrench didn't disappear.
