I received an installation error while performing an update from CCS.  I was told to post the contents of a folder here:

    Hi Stephen,

    It looks like there was a problem installing the emulation package. Could you please send me the latest log from C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallJammer Registry\Emu_Logfiles\CC4C2790-5E02-4F89-9C88-2444585A2957? The filename should be something like TI_ti_emupack_install.log*

    I also believe it was updating to version 5.4, however, I don't see version 5.4 on my computer.

    We can try re-running that installer. Can you check to see if you have the file ti_emupack_setup_5.1.114.0.exe or ti_emupack_setup_5.1.114.0.exe.bk in the eclipse/downloads folder? If so, can you run it with the following parameters on a cmd prompt started in the downloads folder?

    ti_emupack_setup_5.1.114.0.exe /noc2400 /noc5400 /noc5500 /noc6000 /noomap /nodavinci --prefix "C:/ti/ccsv5/ccs_base" /noxds560

    If the file doesn't exist in the downloads folder, you can download it from here: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/emulation/exports/ti_emupack_setup_5.1.114.0.exe

    Let me know if you run into any issues.

    Stephen,

    Do you mean the start up menu and desktop shortcuts haven't been updated? That would be because the update failed to complete successfully.

    It's now showing 5.4.0.00091 in the about dialog box, so I assume 5.4.0 is now completely installed.
