Hello,
I am getting the following pop-up when I try to use the graph tool. I re-installed the CCSv.5 and the control suite but the problem still persists.
What should I do to solve this issue?

Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,
After adding the watchpoint, right click on it and select graph option. The only reason sometimes graph option doesn't work is when the workspace stops responding. So its is suggested that one can toggle to another workspace for Graph option to work. I've experienced the same problem and it got solved as soon as I switched to another workspace.

What is the exact version of CCSv5 you are using?
Couple of suggestions:
1) The screenshot shows your code is running. Are you trying to open the graph tool when the code is running or halted? Do you see the same message if you open it when the processor is halted?
2) Have you tried a new workspace? Try starting up CCS with a new workspace, import your project into it and give it a try, or try some of the other suggestions in this wiki article section: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_CCSv5#General_IDE
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
I tried to access the graph tool when the code is running and when its halted but it gives the same message.
I also tried switching to a new workspace but it still gives the same message.
On my PC I was able to open graph tool before and then after a few days it started giving that message,
I finally installed it on a different machine and its running fine now. So it seems that the problem was with my PC.

It is a little surprising that even a reinstall of CCS does not fix the issue on your PC but I am glad to hear that it works well on another PC. Another option may be to install a newer version of CCS on your PC (if you're not already using the latest CCS 5.4) and see if that helps.
