    Hi,

    It looks like some process, like TrendMicro anti-virus, prevented the unzipping of one of the components.

    Can you check to see if the file xdctools_3_24_06_63_base_windows.zip or xdctools_3_24_06_63_base_windows.zip.bk exists in the eclipse/downloads folder? If it does, extract it to c:\ti to complete your update.
