Hi,

I am using code composer studio v4.2.1 is licensed and MSP4305419A controller it has 128kb flash size. my code size is 24kb.I used only 24kb which is shown from .map file.but I get error "code size exceed "message at the time of compilation.

And also I have license file in this path.E:\CODECOMPOSER INSTALLATION\ccsv4\DebugServer\license.

Give any point.

Hi,

unfortunately the code size limit is 16kb so if your code is 24kb you will need the full license.

Thanks for your reply.

I am using full license CCS V4 only, so I dont know what is the problem in that .Do I must to change any setting in the CCS properties

give any suggestion regarding this.

Hi,

if you have a full license then what I am wondering is whether you installed the code size limited version. For ccsv4 (no longer the case in v5) the code size limited version was a separate download/installation.

Could you try installing the full version of v4 from here into a different directory?
