How do you install CCSV4.2.4 on Ubuntu? We have a DVD with the windows version on it.

CCSv4 does not support Linux. You must use CCSv5:

All our work has been done on CCSV4.2.4

Is there a big difference between CCSV4 and CCSV5?

And we already purchased CCSV4, can we use same key for CCSV5?

There have been many changes but a lot of it is behind the scenes so hopefully the learning curve is not too bad. See:

When did you active CCSv4 with your license?

I believe, we activate the license for CCSv4 around May 2012.
