CCS license issue when v4 & v5 installed in one machine

Hi my customer has installed the CCS v4 and v5 on the same machine and get seperate license.

But the issue is, every time customer need to refill the license infomation when switching to v4/v5.  

Is it abnormal? Can we help customer for this inconvenience?
