.OUT File Not Found CCS V5.3 on XP

I cloned a project out the repository to a folder on my Win 7 PC.  I copied this folder to FLASH drive using it to copy the project to my Win XP laptop.  Whenever I try to start a debug session on the laptop I get an error message stating that the .OUT cannot be found.  It's trying to find it in C:\Documents and Settings\..\..\Debug and not the current working directory.  How do I get CCS pointed in the right direction.  I changed CWD and PWD in C/C++ Build Enviroment because they were pointed at  C:\Documents and Settings\..\..\Debug but no improvement.
