Versions :
CCS : Version: 5.2.1.00018
Debugger : BalckHawk : BH- USB- 2000
uC: TMS320F28069
When i start the debugging from the CCS i get following error message.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -235 @ 0x0)
The data scan-path cannot circulate bits, it may be broken.
An attempt to scan the JTAG data registers has failed.
The target's JTAG data path appears to be broken
with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault.
(Emulation package 5.0.471.0)
