Code Composer 5 - U.S. export classification

Could you point me to where I can find the U.S. export classification for Code Composer Studio 5 ?

I found for CCSv4 it is mentioned in the faq Here

No such luck for 5 though.

    The \ccsv5\doc\CCSv5.4SoftwareManifest.pdf document in a CCS 5.4 contains the ECCN, but also contains the following disclaimer:

    Any use of ECCNs listed in the Manifest is at the users risk and without recourse to TI. Your company, as the exporter of record, is responsible for determining the correct classification of any item at the time of export. Any export classification by TI of Software is for TIs internal use only and shall not be construed as a representation or warranty regarding the proper export classification for such Software or whether an export license or other documentation is required for exporting such Software.
