Problems installing code composer

Hi,

would you be willing to try the following?

- clear out any previous installation and logs

- isntall fresh to a simple directory like c:/myccs fully unzipping and using the full offline installer.  This is not the big button on the download page but specificallly listed a touch further down.  Make sure your antivirus is off.

"Clear previous installation" - uninstall.

How to clear logs? What logs?

BTW, I see that i have V5.3.0 and V5.4.0 installed.

Any preference to uninstall order?

I would manually just remove both versions.  that is what we do.  i would also clear the installjammer registry logs that were discussed.  Then try again with the full offline installer (not the big button on the download page but  a touch further down) and antivirus off.
