We have lab of 25 workstations and each running Windows 7 x64 SP1. We are testing CCS 5.3 for a class. I set up the network license service and tested it on a manual license setup on 1 installation of CCS 5.3 and it works. However I then discovered that if another user logs into the workstation the license information is not remembered and that user has to enter the license information again.
How can I append the license information for all users that log into the workstations instead of individually ask all my users to enter the license information?
I've tried adding the enviroment variable: LM_LICENSE_FILE with the value: 27009@servername.domain (actual FQDN server name) and that doesn't work
I've tried created a file called licenselocation.txt with a single line item entry as the above entry and put it in C:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\DebugServer\license\licenselocation.txt
and that doesn't work.
I'd appreciate some assistance
