Hi,

please send the installation logs from the installjammer registry directory. (it may be hidden and is in program files or program files(x86))

Hi,

It looks like the installer's unable to use your temp folder or your userprofile folder due to control characters in the path name. There are a lot of unreadable characters in the log. You could try this:

Create a temporary user with no control characters in the name, e.g. tempuser.

Make sure you copy the CCS install package to a temporary folder like c:\temp.

Install CCS as that user for all users.

Please let us know how that goes.

same situation replay.. user 'CCS' then C:\user\

but.. no .... how can i do?

Hi,

please, as recommended, do the following and keep us informed

step by step

1 - remove your old installation and logs

2 - use/create a user account/id with no special characters

3 - turn off antivirus

4 - using the full installer, fully unzip and install on one drive. Do everything in c:/myccs for example
