Errors Trying To Install CCS5.4 on Windows 7 - 64 bit PC

Hi Ted,

I think something like antivirus might be blocking the install, specifically your unzip process.

Could you 

- remove this installation attempt

- turn off anitivirus and try again with the full installer

Tried that just now, issue is still the same with anti-virus disabled.  Progress bar is roughly 1/4 the way done.

FYI, CCS is not shown in Control Panel so I can't uninstall.

did you use a new directory?  The full installer is not the large button on the download page but a small amount further down.  Normally we uninstall by manually deleting.  Let me also run the log you send by some colleagues.

the installer does not handle overinstalling or multiple attempts very well.  Could you please clean out the installation, clean out the installjammer registry logs and try again.

After another failure today.  I deleted everything, turned off my virus checker, and ran the ccs web installer as an administrator.  The install seems to have been successful now.  Thanks for your assistance.
