CCSV5 Installation issues

Installation went smoothly until I got the following error multiple times:

A dialog at the end of instalation asked me to upload the following zip from InstallJammerRegistry/ccsv5/

2465.60556FE5-C1A1-4061-8DF8-FFB8393BAE2D.zip

As far as I can tell, CCS seems to be running fine, but I'd like to prevent any future headaches. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Tim,

you have quite the install history going on. Would you be able to do the following

-clear your installs including the installjammer logs

- try v5.4 again using the full installer *not the big large button but a bit further down. make sure antivirus is off

Lisa,

Thanks for checking in. I tried clearing the install and log files but didn't have any luck, so I ended up uninstalling and deleting all CCS files, then installing 5.4 fresh and that worked fine. I do appreciate the help.
