Did you try restarting the pc and trying again? Might solve your problem. Or the worst case scenario would be uninstall ccs and install the latest!

Of course, I did it. But the same state.
When I open CCS5.3, ccs program automatically run install window.
And then, pup up error message.
Maybe I'll install again.

I would also recommend a full fresh installation using the full installer. I would remove the old installations and logs. However a few notes from your log
- are you using a user account with special characters? If so this could be the issue. Please use or create a user account with no special characters
- are you using a junction or mapped drive?
- please make sure to disable antivirus
