Chain programming with CCSv5

Hi,

I am trying to program and debug DSP(28335) using JTAG chain. The first device in the chain is DSP(28335) and the second is Actel (A3P250). The emulator I am using is XDS510LC. I modified the target configuration file to add bypass cpu and specified the bypass bits. But it doesnot work, I get error message saying

"Error connecting to target"

Erro 0x80000200/-1135

Fatal error during OCS

Unrecoverable emulation error.
