  • Hi Soo,

could you please try attaching the logs again?   the ones from the installjammer registry directory.  This may be a hidden directory in program files or program files(x86).

Also make sure you are not installing over  an existing installation or using a shared/mapped/virtual drive.

    Best Regards,
    Lisa

  • Hi Soo,

thanks.  I wonder if your temp directory is causing a problem or antivirus.  Do you use trend micro antivirus?  Did you run the full installer with antiviru off?

Also, please try again, however this time

    - clear out the old installation and logs first

    - try to change the temp directory to something simple like c:/temp

    - ensure antivirus is disabled.  it could be the unzip process is being blocked here.

    Best regards,
    Lisa

  • Hi Lisa,

    Thanks for your trouble.

As I mentioned all antivirus program was offed and temp directory was cleaned before installation..

I solved the problem by cleaned old directories and files.

The problem was from the selected options.

Proceeding with installation stage, if the taken option is not matched with other options which was taken other stage, then it makes problem.

    Now it OK.

    Thanks again LIsa.

    Best regards,

    Soo

  • Hi Soo,
