maybe this one... it has gcc 4.7.3 which should be okay'ish about C++11 support.

Just FYI, to add to the previous reply, if you are working with OMAPL138 DVSDK package from TI, it comes included with a gcc toolchain. The version number depends on the version of DVSDK. Please see the DVSDK release notes for details on which toolchain/version is included in which package.

Those SDKs are unfortunately overly old.
