Why you are trying to install old release? Try 5.3 or 5.4 instead.

I am not a specialist in this case but I looked into log and it seems some files cannot be found. It looks like installation package is corrupted. I would recommend re-download installation package. It is weird that second installation also fails.

Hi,

could you please do the following

1 - remove your current attempts/installations including the installjammer logs

2 - try again with the full v5.4 installer making sure antivirus is disabled and you are not using a cd drive or shared/virtual drive

If you have problems, please send us the logs from this latest attempt.

As suggested by you, I tried with CCS5.2.1.00018_win 32 version on windows 7 as well as windows xp machine. But still it is giving Installation failed error.

But no progress. Still getting the same error. It indicates installation failed message while installing debug server.

HI Paddy,

is there a reason you are not using v5.4?  This is very very strongly recommended as per my steps.

I would use v5.4, clearing out the old install(s) and logs first.

In your particular case I suspect you might be hitting a bug in the old installer with spaces in a directory.

I am really sorry for not using v5.4. I am trying with the existing version because i had installed that on the same machine few months back.
