Update failed

Routine update from CCS failed in the very beginning. The attached file is obtained following the failure meesage.

I am able to start CCS, likely without updates.

I never used MacAfee, my antivirus is Avira.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Sasha,

it seems you have quite the install history/old versions. To be quite honest, if at all possible I would very strongly recommend doing a full fresh v5.4 installation.

I would

1 - remove the old installation including the installjammer logs

2 - download the full v5.4 installer

3 - fully unzip and install locally to a simple directory like c:/ti or c:/myccs with antivirus disabled.

Please keep us informed how it goes and should the fresh installation fail, please send in those logs again.
