i was getting sort of that error on the command line:
"cg470.exe received a fatal internal fault"
in fact it was not an internal fault but it was the "ctrl+c" signal from the keyboard to the console.
if any signal/event/fault/whatever will result in this single message then its not much of help.
-> i want to suggest to the compiler developers using more precise and meaningful messages in case of such a fault.
