CCS 5.3 update failure; unable to run

Greetings.

In an attempt to fix an issue, I updated CCS v5.2 via "Check for Updates".  Needles to say, the update failed and I can no longer run v5.3.  I attempted a fresh install of 5.3 and another update; same problem.

I have attached the specified files as a zip.  Please help resolve this issue, as it is very frustrating to no be able to do your job due to tool problems.

    I see you have quite an install/update history and this is unforunately one piece in the puzzle.  

    Would you be willing to clean out the old installations including installjammer logs and try a full fresh installation of v5.4 with antivirus disabled?
