CCSv3.3 vs New CCS

My intention is to purchase CCS (Now I only have CCSv3.3 limited version). I have linked CCSv3.3 with Matlab and I'm kind of used to the environment too. Is very helpfull regarding to the programming. I wanna know if this new releases, can be linked with Matlab without problems. I have a lot of programs in CCSv3.3, they can be opened by this new releases?

This question is for someone of marketing or related to,

If I'm going to purchase CCSv3.3, this will be the last version? which one is it? will be released new patches or upgrades?

The CCSv5 project format is different but v5 will automatically convert v3 projects to v5 format when you open it in v5.

The last update to v3.3 was over 3 years ago (3.3.83.20). v3.3 is no longer supported. There will be no upgrades to it.

To purchase v3.3, you will need to purchase a v5 license. When you purchase a v5 license, you can use the same license with CCSv3, v4 and v5.
