When I try to start Code Composer, I get this error:

The funny thing is that I was just using Code Composer just fine, running programs, etc. Then I closed it for whatever reason. When I try to start it back up, I get this error. I dont know why it references port 0x540, when my parallel port number is 0x378.
Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks.
