Error in updating NDK in CCS v5.4

Hi,

The CCS v5.4 suddenly cannot run on my PC Windows 7. I uninstall all CCS and reinstall it. Now, every time it starts, it prompts to update NDK. When I click finish, it always says error. Please see the picture below.

 

What is wrong on this CCS v5.4?
