i believe you user account name has special characters.  The installer can't handle this.  Is there any way you can try a fresh install on a user account with no special characters?

Do you mean my Windows account name? It's only alpha characters, nothing special. My computer name has hyphen and digits in it? That ~ you see in the log (e.g., C:/Users/PAWDRE~1/AppData/Local/Temp/ijtmp_74E997B2-3A9D-42A1-9AC4-4A3BCA1887F4 is writable) is Windows usual shortening of directory names longer than 8 characters. The actual directory name is pawdrexel. It's not my user account name.

ok, my appologies, you are correct.  Could you try clearing out the installations you have, including logs and try again using the full installer and making sure antivirus is off.

Hi Peter,

I would manually remove the ccsv5 directory and all underneath.  Also the isntalljammer logs.

You can get the full version from this site, but note it is  a bit below the large buttons.
