Yes. XDS510USB is fully supported with CCSv5 in all releases and all OSes - check their product page - unfortunately the selection document sent by Igor seems outdated.

The device drivers are installed with CCSv5, therefore the only detail is to select its support during installation (check step 8 of the section Installation of the CCSv5 Getting Started Guide).

As you're right, the CCS_Selection_Guide.pdf informations seems to be old.
Because there is no description about CCS V5.

I checked step 8 of the section Installation of the CCSv5 Getting Started Guide.

I could not find the individual check item for "DXS510USB". Therefor, I installed CCS by checking the "Spectrum Digital Emulators".
However, I can not find the driver.

Maybe it is installation problem.

Hi Kenjiro-san,

There's no complications here at all. I myself use a XDS510 with Windows 7 64-bit system. 

Install the latest CCS and plug-in your XDS; that's it, the drivers are automatically loaded!

Please check with the installation package and for proper installation.
