is there any way/workaround/patch to have support for the MSP430F5438A in Code Composer Studio?

If not, when will there be a new release of CCS which has support for it?

Hi Sonia,

I believe CCS 4.0.2 has support for 5438.

That's true! However, I need support for 5438A, which is different from 5438.

Both 5438 and 5438A are supported
