I installed CCS and had a problem so I tried to uninstall it with "Programs and Features" (I'm on Windows 7 x64). The uninstall went about half way and stopped. After several hours I gave up and tried to cancel it. The system was totally unresponsive event to the mouse. I had no option other than to do a hard shut down. Now CCS is in a partially installed state. I doesn't show up in "Programs and Features" or in the start menu, but when I try to install CCS, the install tells me that it is already installed and to uninstall first.
Now I need to manually remove files and folders and to clean up the registry. Can anyone tell me what I need to delete? I really don't want to reformat my hard drive.
