Fail to install ccs 5.4

There is some trouble when I try to install ccs5.4 in my computer.

My os is win8 x64.

When I install ccs5.4 ,it interrupt with the message blow:

But I have closed my Ant-virus on my computer .

    Hi,

    You have control characters (non-ascii) in your user name. The installer is unable to write to the temp folder. You may want to try setting the TEMP and TMP variables to some simple location, like c:\temp and retry. If that doesn't work, you will have to create a temporary user with a simple ascii name and install for all users.
