ccsv5 upgrade fails

I was trying to update my ccsv5. The CCS installation failed while installing eclipse. It just says failed and to upload the zipped logs for help. Attached in the Install_Errors.zip

Hi Bryon,

as we have seen a rocky road unfortunately with update issues, would you be willing to clear out your installation (including logs) and try a full fresh v5.4 installation?

I would download the offline installer and do a full fresh installation with antivirus disabled.

By this, do you mean uninstall V5.2.1 and then install V5.4? or just install V5.4 over top of V5.2.1?

Hi Bryon,

i mean remove 5.2.1. Over-installation will likely cause further issues.
