Create .dat in CCS5.2

I use CCS Version: 5.2.0.00069

I need output .dat file for upgrade firmware, but I only get .out file or .bin file in CCS5.2

I have a question to create .dat file in CCS5.2, I would like to know how the process to create .dat file?
