Hi,

It looks like you downloaded the full installer (not an update) and ran it over top of an existing CCS installation. If this is correct, could you remove everything from your installation directory (c:\ti\ccsv5) and try installing again? Sorry for the inconvenience, but one of the older components has been discontinued for 5.4 and is causing your problem.
