Cannot install CCS V5

I am re-installing the Full CCS on my computer after a hard-drive failure and subsequent fresh Windows 7 install. I believe I made a mistake by copying my old C:\TI directory back before installing! Either way I have tried deleting/renaming, CD or web download with similar results.

The below error message appears , if I skip the program will eventually hang.

Hi Tom,

could you please do the following.

1 - remove any previous installations including logs. The logs are in the installjammer registry directory. it may be a hidden folder and is under program files or program files(x86).

2 -download the ccs v5.5 full offline installer from

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS

slightly below the large button

Try again and if you still have issues please send us the installjammer logs. (in the directory I refereed to above.)
