Working with CSS under linux and msp430 and msp-exp430fr5739 linux support

Hello,

I put this thread at Linux forum also, cause I don't sure where my question belongs to exactly.

So here it is:

Does CSS work under linux, I mean, if I install it under Ubuntu or Linux Mint will work with those two experimental boards I mentioned in my title? 

For example, I tried to do so about a year ago, but there was no support for msp430 LaunchPad. What about today, did it change?
