Has anyone managed to get this installed? I know they're both a bit new, but thought I'd ask.
I've tried the web and offline installer (which bizarrely refuses to work without an internet connection). I ensured the installer ran as administrator, cleared install logs, etc. The first problem it comes across in installing the VC++ 2008 redistributable, but there are others if you get past this.
Just checked and I get the same with CCS 5.4 so it's probably a general Windows 8.1 compatibility thing.
