I am trying to use the XDS100V3 to program an LM3S818, but I can't get even get the Jtage adapter to connect.
I attempting to us the RDK-ACIM motor development kit (which has an isolated Jtag connection).
In order to program/emulate/debug the LM3S818 I purchased the TMS320-XDS100v3_UM_Rev_B_Jtag_emulator from Olimex.
I then Installed the ti_emupack_setup_5.1.114.0.
then when I go to set up the target configuration, I get the following error message:
