I have tried multiple times, on two different computers, to download CCS. I log in and get approved to download it, then click "Download". Then another page appears with the word Download at the top and a button labeled "Close". In Firefox, nothing ever happens. I then tried in IE: a wait circle appears at the top of the tab and a progress bar appears at the bottom of the window. This goes on for 1-2 hours. Still, no software gets downloaded. I searched the entire computer to make sure the file didn't go somewhere I didn't expect.
What's going on? Any ideas?
