CCS v5.5.0.00077_win32.zip Download Concern

I am downloading CCS v5.5.0.00077_win32.zip, but I am concerned about warnings Firefox is generating concerning the TI download website.

Firefox is not happy with the SSL Server certificate on the TI website because the website does not provide identity information.

The Firefox certificate viewer shows that the certificate is issued to www.ti.com.cn. This immediately has me concerned, why is this pointing at a web site in China? Something seems strange about this download; I'd like somebody from TI to look at this and see if it makes sense to them. I'm not going to install this software until I understand what I am seeing regarding this download.

I just installed firefox. At which point in the download process are you looking at the certificate? I want to be able to provide it to our IT team to look at.

Below is what I get when I look at the download screen after you go through the export control form:

If I try that on the CCS Download page on the wiki I get:

If I do it on the export control form I get:

I can't see any reference to our China site. http://www.ti.com.cn is our real China site.

OK, I just tried this again and I still am getting the strange routing to http://www.ti.com.cn. See the screen snap below (it is wide, the certificate stuff is on the far right side):
