Errors on CCSv5.5 installation

Hello,

I am trying to install version 5.5 as an over write of my v5.1.  However, I can't due to an error regarding the java virtual machine. 

Then it tells me to zip up the contents of the a folder and send it to you.

So I did.

1207.60556FE5-C1A1-4061-8DF8-FFB8393BAE2D.zip

I tried to install it several times with the same error.  Then I tried to uninstall v5.1 and now I get the error there too.  I tried to reboot my system and no luck.  Thankful, I suppose, v5.1 is still working.  However not so helpful, it doesn't seem to work with the newest emulator I just received... sigh...

    You should never overinstall on top of another existing CCS install. It is always strongly recommended to install overall a new clean directory.

    I suggest uninstalling everything (if the uninstaller fails, just delete the whole CCS directory) and then try installing 5.5 again.

    Ok, thanks.  I will try it to uninstall by deleting.  but if I shouldn't do ever overinstall, then it should be removed as an option from the install script.  It gives me 3 choices so I choose to merge.
