Access denied when saving the project files

Dear all,

I have moved my project from one local drive to another..

whenever I am saving any file in my project its showing "Access denied" for that particular file

Even I have tried with changing/creating the new workspace and importing the project into it, but its showing the same error.

Also whenever I build the project, in the console it showing the "Access denied" for some of the .pp files from debug folder of the project.

Please help me out to solve this problem.

Hi,

I suspect that the problem is due to the presence of other make binaries in the %path%.

I would like you to go back to the original workspace directory i.e. for me its: C:\Users\Gautam\workspace

So in \Gautam folder, create a new workspace, copy paste a sample project over here. Import this project to CCS and check with the results.

Hi Anand,

before you import, have you tried deleting the .metadata? Do you have full permissions on the new drive? CCS is not usually happy across drives/mapped folders etc.

Check if you have an anti-virus running and if so, try disabling it. This is known to sometimes cause such errors.
