Failed installation of ccs 5.5

Tried to install CCS 5.5 on XP SP3, but it failed. I've attached the installation log.

Bill,

Would it be possible for you to copy installer to a local folder and retry running it from there? It looks like you might be using a VMWare shared folder?

I moved the installer to a local directory, but the installation still fails. I've attached the new log file.

There appears to be an issue with one of the component installers failing when there are any VMWare shares. If you disable VMware shared folders while installing, it should work. I've filed a bug report to look into this (SDSCM00048382).
