CCSv5 debug configuration issues in Windows from a Linux build

I am trying to configure my CCSv5 under WinXP using the XDS510USB emulator for a project build that is done under Linux with the CCSv5 tools.

Is there any Application Report out from TI on this subject that I missed maybe or is there any other info out there that might be helpful?

If anybody has anything to share on this it would be much appreciated.

This is a huge project on the 6416 platform and I am trying to debug memory corruption issues.

The objective is to use the System Analyzer tool.
