Loading GEL files in CCS 5.x?

Very simple question.  How ( where in the menus ) do you load ( or specify ) the GEL file in CCS 5.x?

I didn't see it anywhere in the CCS user interface, and the documentation shows using the "Tools -> GEL Files" menu items which don't exist in CCS 5.x.  Nor did I see in anywhere in searching this forum for a couple hours.

    That menu item does exist in v5. But note that you must:

    -be in the CCS Debug perspective

    -be in an active debug session

    -select a valid debug context in the Debug view (select a CPU node or a node in the call stack)
