Is TI XDS560 (PCI) supported by CCS 5.4 (Linux) ?

Hi there,

I installed CCS 5.4(win) in WinXP and CCS 5.4(linux) in Ubuntu 12.04 in VirtualBox in WinXP.
The CCS 5.4(win) supports XDS560 fine.
But there is no XDS60 option in Target Configuration setup window in CCS 5.4(linux).
How can I get XDS60 supported in CCS 5.4(linux) ?

Hi Yulin,

Why don't you try with CCS v5.5 with Ubuntu? I'm using the same on Ubuntu 13.04 and it supports XDS560.

Hello,

AFAIK, PCI devices do not get virtualized, so you don't have access to XDS560 from virtual box. There is a possibility to transfer USB devices to virtual machine. However, if you wish use PCI one, you have to install Linux in real machine.

Hi,

RRlagic is right, but you have no choice: XDS560 PCI is not supported in Linux. Check here.
