How to install CCS on 64 bit Linux?

Sure; it is the same error. Note that the downloaded installer is only 2 MB. Based on my experience, that is odd, but not sure if unexpected...

The downloaded installer will access whatever it needs from the web if you have web access. If not, or if you're doing a full installation, it's preferable to download the offline installer. 

However, that has nothing to do with the problem you're facing right now. Can you tell me why you're trying to reset the temp folder? This is a feature that's never consistently worked with installjammer. What operating system are you using? 

If you have to reset your temp folder, try doing it in your shell and exporting it. Make sure your new temp folder exists and is writable by you before you run your install.

e.g. export TEMP=/home/lpapp/Downloads

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I am getting the same error with "export TEMP=/home/lpapp/Downloads", too.

Can you explain why you're trying to reroute the temp folder? I may be able to give you some other workaround.

Because /tmp is mounted as noexec, purposefully. It is Linux.

Which flavour of linux? Can you do a uname -a?

I'm not sure CCS will actually work on archlinux. We don't test this. I don't have access to a machine with archlinux so I can't try and reproduce your problem, unfortunately.

The problem is not archlinux, but TI not shipping 64 bit binaries for Linux. I mean really: the hardwares these days are good enough to use 64 bit, so I assume most people use that.

It is unreasonable to expect a zoo of 32 bit libraries available for a 64 bit distribution...
