Hi Lloyd,

Try to do a clean install, by removing any previous installations of CCS. You, can also try to install to a new folder. There are lots of post regarding CCS 5.5 update. Here are some below.

One of the downloaded files was corrupted and this caused the install to fail. I suggest downloading the full zip image and install a fresh copy from there.
