Upgrade failure from 5.3 to 5.5

Several errors reported when upgrading. Zipped InstallJammer log file attached. Urgent - have to go into hospital next week and must finish development! Thanks.

    Do not upgrade. Remove all old files and do a clean install.

    Two of the components failed to install. Could you attach the contents of this folder as well: C:/ti/ccsv5/install_logs

    You can manually update these two components as follows into your existing install.

    Download and extract this file: http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/non-esd/scratchpad/dsemu.zip

    Exit CCS if running. Run the two installers. Enter an installation path of: c:/ti/ccsv5 for each.  The file contains the two components that failed to install. If they fail to install again when manually run, please provide the new logs created in C:/ti/ccsv5/install_logs and any other information on the error messages seen.
