TMS320F2808 hex converter

Hello!

I need to generate a single ROM file containing both our bootloader and application files so that our manufacturing partner can program our F2808 boards over JTAG.  I found a link: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Combining_executable_files that describes changes made to the TI hex utility that will do just that.  However the link indicates that “Support for this capability has been added the the hex converter utilities in the TMS470 Code Generation Tools 4.6.0 and C6000 Code Generation Tools 7.0.0”. 

Is there a version of this available for the C2000?  If not, are you aware of other methods to combine multiple .out files into a single file for the C2000 (F2808 specifically)?

 Any feedback or input is welcomed and appreciated.
